I’m Luke Sanders — an osteopath and biomechanics-focused strength coach specialising in helping lifters, athletes and high-performing individuals train pain-free and perform at their best.
I focus on bridging the gap between rehabilitation and performance training. Too often, rehab stops at removing pain, while strength training ignores the movement issues causing injury in the first place. My approach combines both.
By analysing movement mechanics, load distribution and structural imbalances, I help clients eliminate recurring injuries while improving strength, efficiency and long-term durability.
I work with people who take their training seriously — including strength athletes, fitness professionals and individuals returning from injury — many of whom have already tried traditional rehab or coaching without lasting results.
With nearly 15 years of experience across clinical therapy and strength coaching, my focus is simple:
